SwimAtlanta’s Betsy Dunbar Long Course Invitational
May 29th – 30th, 2010
Georgia Tech Aquatic Center-Atlanta, GA

Eligibility:        Open to all SwimAtlanta swimmers.
Format:        All events will be conducted as timed finals.
Entry Limit:        Swimmers may enter up to five (5) events per day.
Entry Fees:    $3.75/event and $10 Facility surcharge.  Please make checks payable to Amateur Swimming Foundation, Inc.  All meet entries are non-refundable.
Late Entries:    Late entries will be accepted for empty lanes and can be received only from coaches.  No additional heats will be created in order to accommodate late entered swimmers.  All late entries will be seeded with NT.  Late entries will be accepted at the Clerk of Course up until 30 minutes prior to the affected session. The late entry fee will be $7.00 per event payable at the time of entry.  Swimmers entering late must show proof of USAS registration or complete a USA registration form and deposit the $61 registration fee plus the $25 Georgia Swimming Late Registration Fee (fees will be returned upon meet management receiving proof of registration).

Late Entry Policy:  No entry forms can be accepted after your specific SwimAtlanta location’s deadline.  Once the entry deadline has passed, the only way to enter the meet is to late enter the day of the meet.  Please be aware that late entry fees are the swimmer’s responsibility and are $7 per event.  A copy of the swimmer’s USAS ID card is required to late enter and can be obtained at least five days prior to the meet by calling Emille at 678-442-7946.

Please enter all events using long course meters (LCM) times.

Directions:
Take I-85 South and take the 249D/North Avenue Exit.  At the top of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT onto North Avenue.  Then, cross Techwood Drive (the first traffic light) and continue on North Avenue to Cherry Street and make a RIGHT.  Next, turn LEFT onto Ferst Drive and the Aquatic Center is located on the LEFT.
