20th ANNUAL MARTHA BASS SWIM MEET
November 13 & 14, 2010

ELIGIBILITY: Open to SwimAtlanta swimmers at the following locations: Georgia Tech, John’s Creek, Midway, and Roswell. Unfortunately, swimmers from other locations cannot be entered in this meet.
ENTRY LIMIT: Swimmers may enter 5 individual events per day.
ENTRY FEES: $5.25/event plus an $13.00 ($5 SA & $8 SES) surcharge per swimmer. Please make checks payable to Amateur Swimming Foundation, Inc., and note that entry fees are non-refundable.
LATE ENTRIES: Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Meet Director; however, they will be accepted on a "lane available" basis and will not appear on the heat sheet. No additional heats will be created. Late entry fees are the swimmers’ responsibility and should be paid at the Clerk of Course upon late entering at the meet. In addition, swimmers wishing to late enter must present proof of USAS registration to the clerk of course, which can be obtained by calling Emille at SwimAtlanta (678-442-7946) at least five days prior to the meet.
Late Entry Policy: No entry forms can be accepted after your specific SwimAtlanta location’s deadline. Once the entry deadline has passed, the only way to enter the meet is to late enter the day of the meet. Please be aware that late entry fees are the swimmer’s responsibility and are typically double the original cost per event. A copy of the swimmer’s USAS ID card is required to late enter a swim meet and can be obtained at least five days prior to the meet by calling Emille at 678-442-7946.
