How Do I Figure My Child's USAS ID Number?

Every swimmer has a USAS ID Number. This is a unique swimmer identification that can be figured out using the following formula:

  • Birth Date o Put a “0” in front of any single digits
  • First Three Letters of the Swimmer’s Legal First Name\
  • Middle Initial of the Swimmer’s Middle Name (If the swimmer does not have a Middle Name, put an (*) in that spot.)
  • First Four Letters of the Swimmer’s Legal Last Name

2010 Bahamas Training Trip

The 2010 Bahamas Training Trip in June is still open.  We have a few more spots available on the trip.  If you are interested, please contact your child’s coach for further information as soon as possible as deposits from swimmers are due by the end of February.

Midway payments, tuition and meet entry

Please do not turn your payment or meet entries into the plastic drawers in the entry way.  These drawers are for awards and ribbons ONLY.  Your tuition will not be picked up and turned in in a timely manner in these drawers.  There is a meet entry box for all meet entries  on the wall next to the Coke machine.  For all payments there is a tuition/payment box on the wall to the left of the Swim Team Information board.  If you are questioning where to put something please ask so you are not late on an entry or payment.  Thanks!

Sugarloaf Parking and Swimmer Pick-up

With the recent time change and colder weather upon us, we are experiencing difficulty with swimmers waiting in the entrance corridor for rides as well as parents parking and waiting for their swimmers in front of the entrance rather than parking.
