JOHN’S CREEK AND ROSWELL FAMILIES

With Spring and Summer long course training underway, I wanted to remind or inform John’s Creek and Roswell families that swimmers training at Will’s Park or Roswell Rec long course pools this Spring and Summer will be required to pay pool rental fees in order to use those facilities.

The pool rental fees due per swimmer cover the practices at Will’s Park and Roswell Rec during May, June, and July.

To further explain, SwimAtlanta pays for the pool rental at each site in advance and must figure the cost due per swimmer based on the exact cost to rent the facilities divided by the number of swimmers training at the facilities. The long course pool rental fees are due in addition to monthly dues and meet entry fees and are required by all swimmers who train at Will’s Park and Roswell Rec. Please understand that any swimmer training at Will’s Park or Roswel Rec must pay long course pool rental fees.

Payment is not due at this time as practices at the rental facilities have just started. However, in early June the coaches at each facility will compile a list of all swimmers who have trained at the Will’s Park and Roswell Rec pools this season. From that list, you will be contacted via mail to inform you of the exact cost due to train long course as well as given the deadline of Friday, July 4^th to submit payment. If payment is not received by that date, you will be contacted and your child will not be permitted to swim at Will’s Park or Roswell Rec after the July 4^th holiday.
