West Pool Meet Entry Process:

(EFFECTIVE 5/21/2008)

To enter a meet or meets that the West Pool is participating you must follow these guidelines. Submit your entry to me via email before the deadline. I will post a copy of each meets entries on our website.

• The NEW email address to submit your entries before the deadline is:

swimatlantawestmeetentries@gmail.com

• Submit one email entry per swimmer, for each meet.

• Include in the subject line of your email the name of the meet that your swimmer is entering.

• From our teams website in (upcoming events) read the order of events, event entry limit per session, time standards if necessary for each event. An OPEN meet means you may swim any event.

• If you have any questions regarding your entry or which meets to participate, please contact your coach before the entry deadline.

• Use entry times from previous season, school or summer league if you have them. All meet results from last year are on the SA website under the “Results” link. If your swimmer has not swum an event, enter with a NT (no time).

• E-mail your entry to: swimatlantawestmeetentries@gmail.com with all the information included.

1. One email entry per swimmer, name of meet in subject line.

2. Events being swum.

3. Entry times, or NT for those events.

4. Complete this by the stated entry deadline.

5. A copy of all participants and their events will be posted on our website.
